How can i track the Status of my Order?
If you are a registered account holder, you can anytime check the status of your order inside your My Account area, as well as you will receive email updates about your order status whenever there is a change. If you placed an order as a Guest Customer, you will receive emails about your order status whenever there is a change.
Shipping & Delivery
Do i have to pay any Shipping or Delivery charges?
No, in good faith to our customers we pay all shipping charges from our pocket. So do not have to pay anything except your product price.
Why have i not received my product yet?
Because of any unavoidable circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. In such cases, we will inform you about the delay with reason and new expected delivery date.
What should i do if i find my package opened or tampered at the time of delivery?
Please do not accept the package or sign in the delivery slip and return it at the same time. We also request you to report such cases to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?
As the availability of product varies with manufacturer to manufacturer, the delivery also vary from product to product. Usually we take approximately 8-10 days to ship the product. However in most cases the delivery shipping and happens before the actual delivery date.

Cancellation & Returns
How do i cancel my order?
Please send us an E-mail at email@example.com immediately to cancel the order. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will update your order as cancelled and refund the amount. It can only be cancelled if the product is not already shipped. If the product is already shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process the request within 2 working days. However the refund process may take from 7 to 10 working days.

How will I get a refund for the order or product i cancelled?
Your refund will either be credited back to the account you paid from or will be given as Filly.Fashion store credit in the form of a Discount coupon which you can redeem at your next purchase.
What refund amount i will get for the order or product i cancelled?
In such cases the customer has to pay the Shipping Charges and Applicable Taxes & Duties. So the refund amount will be the balance amount after deducting such charges.
Why my order was cancelled by Filly.Fashion?
Your order may have been cancelled because of any of the following reasons:
- Non-availability of the product(s).
- Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
