  • Fashion requests you to be extra alert while receiving your ordered package and check if the outer packing is not damaged or tampered with. Do verify the item quantity mentioned on the invoice before accepting the package from the Shipping Agency. In case of any difference, either refuse to accept the delivery and return the package or accept the package only after putting proper remark mentioning the difference you found on the proof of delivery and also file a complaint with local shipping company office as well as to us through our support email at support@filly.fashion

Cancellation

  • In case you want to cancel your order, please send us an E-mail at support@filly.fashion It can only be cancelled if the product is not already shipped. If the product is already shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Return

  • To satisfy our customers in the case they want to return the product with a genuine reason, we happily allow it. You will get a call from our customer support representative to discuss about the return of the package.
  • In case of you accept the package, open it, and then request a return, the products should be unused, unwashed, should have all original tags, original packaging, and invoice. You cannot return the stitched and used products in any case. You will have to pay the shipping charges as well as the return shipping charges and any applicable taxes. The balance amount will be either credited to your wallet account with Filly.Fashion or refunded to you.
  • In case of you return the package without accepting the package, you will have to pay the shipping charges and any applicable taxes. The balance amount will be either credited to your wallet account with Filly.Fashion or refunded to you.
  • Product should be returned to our return address within 15 days from the date of delivery of the package.
  • Our shipping company will contact you maximum 3 times for the delivery of the package. If the courier agent anyhow couldn’t contact you, due to the reasons like, your house was locked, wrong or incomplete address, the order will be considered as return.

Color Variation

  • There may be minor variations in color of the actual product from the displayed image on the website. The variation in color depends on the different monitor used, setting and lighting condition during modeling photography. The product have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different lights used for photography. The item color illustrated should only be used as an approximate guide. We wish that customer understands this and keep in mind all these things about color variation while ordering.

Refund

  • When we receive back the package to our warehouse, it will be sent for quality checking. Refund process will be initiated only after our quality checking team finds the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original packaging & invoice. The balance amount of the order after deducting any charges will be credited to your wallet account with Filly.Fashion or refunded to you.
  • Please Note that if you have paid any shipping charges and COD charges are not refundable in any case. You can use your wallet account with Filly.Fashion to order a replacement or exchange or even for a future purchase.
  • In exceptional cases like product is out of stock, the refund will be given back to your account from where you made the payment.
